In addition, if requested, we can actually carry out the administration of an estate by collecting assets, discharging liabilities and distributing the estate according to the terms of the deceased's will.

Unfortunately many people die without having made a will, or otherwise prepare a will which does not make adequate provision for those that it ought to.
